Over the last few years we’ve seen pro wrestling entertainers turn MMA competitors over a short period of time. Fighters like Brock Lesnar the UFC Heavyweight champion, Bobby Lashley whom today is calling out Lesnar, Bill Goldberg who you can find commentating smaller MMA venues and last but not least, “The Worlds Most Dangerous Man” Ken Shamrock. The following list compiled by Fight Depot is based on who we thought may stand a chance and compete with the whose who in Mixed Martial Arts. 10. Matt Hardy 6’-2”, 236lbs. This wrestling superstar would fit the profile based on his explosive competitive nature and deadly stunts. Although his weapons of choice are garbage bins and ladders, I believe he could substitute those weapons with his elbows and knees. I’d like to see Matt compete in the Middleweight division. 9. Jeff Hardy 6’-1” 225lbs. Similar to his brother Matt who together formed the Hardy boys, Jeff being the slightly smaller of the two, makes up for his size with high flying acrobatics and no fear attitude, making him suspect number 9 in a Middleweight division. 8. R-Truth 6’-2” 228lbs. While growing up in and out of prison, this mans only passion was to compete for a title. After watching him wrestle I believe his real talents would be displayed inside the Octagon competing in the Middleweight division. 7. Mark Henry 6’-1” 392lbs. This contender would be ideal for those fight fans that want to see the first ever fight where a fighter gets thrown over the cage and lands in the crowd. Henry was once the world’s strongest man and could easily bench press a car, imagine what he could do in the cage if he even qualified in the Super Heavyweight division. 6. Mike Knox 6’-6” 300lbs. Yes it’s Mike Knoxs and yes he’s the size of an Ox. Could possible fall under the category of lunatic Axe Murderer but Wanderlei may take it the wrong way. Id love to see him compete at the Super Heavyweight division. 5. Mick Foley 6’-4” 280lbs. AKA Dude Love, Cactus Jack, Commissioner Foley, Mankind and the list continues. Probably all the different alias’ to hide the fact that he’s a tyrant in the ring. He’d make a great Heavyweight contender due to the fact he’s the only man that can absorb that much punishment and smile. 4. Big Show 7’ - 450lbs. Famous for picking opponents up with one hand from the top of their heads is an attribute that may have a normal human running for dear life. Also known for chasing Floyd Mayweather Jr. out of the ring, I wonder why! 3. Batista 6’-6” 300lbs. They don’t call him the Animal for no reason. This guy without a doubt would destroy whoever stood in his way at the Heavyweight division, not sure if his MMA skills are up to par but they could be if given proper training. 2. Kane 7’ 325lbs. If dying and coming back to life were an option as well as meat hooks, this man could take out an entire army. Oh wait the sheer fact that he’s 7 feet tall and is as relentless as a hungry lion may be the reason he could squash any Super Heavyweight. 1. The Great Khali 7’-4” 425lbs. This behemoth takes the cake as Fight Depot’s #1 prospect if he makes the switch to MMA. Not only could he throw opponents out of the Octagon but he could pick fans out of the crowd as well. If you thought Randy Couture was worried about getting hit by Lesnar's lunch box fists, well try getting hit buy toaster ovens instead!!
